Our services

De Reis Naar Morgen supports the sustainable transition in the tourism and recreational sector through research and advice, knowledge sharing, and inspiration. We focus on the challenges of our time to create a better tomorrow. Themes such as nature conservation, climate change, mobility, and cultural heritage are central to this. We always do this with a fresh, critical view and a good dose of enthusiasm.

Research and advice

We help find solutions for sustainability issues within the tourism and recreational sector. How the investigation is conducted depends on the issue. We are happy to coordinate this with you. Thanks to our multidisciplinary background, we are able to explore different perspectives and show connections. We translate the insights into advice which we would like to present to you personally. After the project has been completed, you can start implementing this immediately.

For example, think about researching the impact of changing nature on the visitor experience or measuring the plastic footprint of visitors, followed by a plan to improve.

Knowledge sharing

We see knowledge as essential in the transition to a sustainable tourism and recreational sector. We are therefore happy to share our knowledge about sustainable tourism with students, entrepreneurs and governments. We believe in learning from and with each other and like to keep our sessions interactive.

We give guest lectures at universities or colleges in which we share our vision on sustainable tourism.

Inspiration

If we really want to make the tourism and recreational sector more sustainable, it is important that we all take action. We try to encourage various groups to move towards a sustainable future. After all, together we make a world of difference.

Our blog and Instagram @dereisnaarmorgen are resources that we like to use for inspiration. We also work on events and campaigns that encourage you to think about new, sustainable ways of going on holiday.

We enjoy working on challenges in the field of (plastic) waste, energy and water consumption within the tourism sector, optimising sustainable mobility and visitor flows, climate adaptation strategies, and the development of sustainable tourism concepts.
